Haworthia limifolia

Ultra strong

The Haworthia limifolia succulent has rosette pointed serrated leaves and a ribbed pattern. The dark green succulent is easy to care for both indoors & outdoors.

Born in South Africa

The Haworthia belongs to the family of the Xanthorrhoeaceae and grows mostly in South Africa from Port Elizabeth to Swaziland. This area consists of jagged rocky mountains, but also of vast hilly landscapes. The Haworthia generally grows on the shadow side. The Haworthia also stores water in its thick leaves, which enable it to withstand long droughts. Its growth season is in the winter months, when it is dark, cold and rainy. At that time the plant starts growing, while in the summer the plant is at rest.
